This year went by so quickly! It’s been an awesome year for me and I’ve gotta say there’s been more ups than downs. I’m quite transparent with what goes on in my life, and I love sharing with you guys through photos. What better way to summarize my year than through the images I’ve shared online?

December 31, 2012 – Well if you follow my blog or social media, you know I met Ben that night.
January:Become madly in love with someone I just met. Meet his parents. Learn about his past & present. Work on Elite Graphics and rebranding.
February: We set an official “bf/gf” date. You care. Launch mayaelious.com. Play in snow. Order new business cards.
March: Become more involved with Ben’s family. Meet a really large client on St. Patty’s Day. Drink like an Irishman.
April: Attempt lifestyle and beauty blogging. Realize I may not be cutout for it. Celebrate Grandma’s 70th birthday. Family meets boyfriend. Ben’s mom passes.
May: Prepare for the semester to end. Contemplate never going back. Officially living with Ben. Nag him everyday. He redecorates my bathroom during finals week to cheer me up!
June: Celebrate my birthday! I’m 23. I’m old. I’m not rich yet. Wah.
July: Pump Power photo shoot. Flex for IG. Keep it cute. Get closer to God.
August: Act like I’m not gonna go back to school because I hate it. Go back anyway. Too chicken to confront parents.
September: Memorial Day at Wilmington Beach with Jen & Ben. Get featured in Pump Power book launched during Charlotte Fashion week. Someone told me I was overdressed. I wanted to ask them what they wore the last time someone featured them in a published book.
October: Ask for a 50% raise at work. Become a finance fairy for Halloween in honor of my client.
November: Get my raise. Business trip to Vegas. Officially withdraw from classes to work for myself full time. Get in huge fight with mom, keep it a secret from dad, apologize to mom, confess to dad. Spend thanksgiving in VA with them and Ben. They still love me, all is well.
December: Share Ben’s 25th birthday with close friends. Atlanta with Ben to spend Christmas with my sister and brother in law. Blog again. Vision board party.
That’s my 2013 in a nutshell. I met the love of my life, took on the biggest client I’ve ever had, took a trip to Vegas, was featured in a book, and got to share it all with you guys. How was your 2013? Would love for you to share!
